Your mission is simple (but not easy): drive engagement, retention, and long-term player value through smart, compliant, and data-driven CRM initiatives.You will work cross-functionally with product, content, design, and data teams, while acting as the go-to person for everything CRM related in your market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage localized CRM strategies for the Swedish market (Email, SMS, push, onsite messaging, etc.)Own and optimize the full customer journey: onboarding, engagement, retention, churn prevention, and reactivationPlan, execute, and evaluate CRM campaigns with a strong focus on segmentation, personalization, and ROIAnalyze performance and proactively act on insights related to retention, conversion, CLV, and churnEnsure all CRM activities comply with local regulations and responsible gaming standardsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful communicationAct as the main point of contact for all CRM initiatives related to SwedenRequirementsNative Swedish speaker with proven experience working with the Swedish marketFluent in English, written and spoken3+ years of hands-on CRM experience, preferably within iGaming, fintech, or digital entertainmentStrong understanding xcskxlj of Swedish user behaviour, market dynamics, and regulatory landscapeExperience working with CRM platforms such as Braze, Optimove, Salesforce, or similarHighly data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysisStructured, self-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsCompetitive salary packageA key role in a fast-growing international companyHigh level of ownership and autonomy over your marketFlexible working hoursCollaborative, ambitious, and forward-thinking work culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
