System EngineerResponsibilities: Providing technical and sales support for accounts and channel in assigned territory; Perform presentations (technical, products, solution) for customers, partners and prospects; Assist with the development of formal sales plans and proposals for assigned opportunities; Be responsiblefor POC testing, RFP & technical solutions drafting, competitor analysis, training materials, media soft paper and promotional documentation organizing; Internal training for sales and marketing team; external training for Channel partners & key customers; Remote and on-site support for customer technical problem On-site technical support for key customers technical troubleshooting Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in EE or CS (or equivalent) Minimum 4 years’ experience in pre-sales Strong L2/L3 expertise with an emphasis on Network Routing Protocols, such as OSPF/BGP In-depth knowledge in multiple areas of specialization: Virtualization, Cloud-Native, Application Acceleration, DDOS mitigation, IPv4 Preservation/IPv6 Migration technologies and Network and Application Security Strong operating experience in at least one of the following areas: Application Delivery Controller, Enterprise Applications, Network Security Ability to work independently, effective and as a team member Fluent in Spanish and English, spoken and written communications Available to travel with Europe and occasionally Middle East and Africa Ability to travel to the US Desirable Skills: Competitive knowledge in Layer 4-7 switching including solutions, technology and product offerings Knowledgeable and conversant about company, competitive landscape, technologies, solutions, product strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats Knowledge of protocols and technologies in mobile service provider/ISP, such as CGNAT, Gi/SGi Firewall, GTP Firewall, DDoS Clean Pipe Scripting programming experience in Shell or TCL along with Unix/Linux technical experience
