In this new edition of the Desigual Young Talent Program you will have the opportunity to develop professionally in departments such as People for 12 months. Are you in? What will your role be? Recruitment Support : Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities for new hires. Employee Engagement : Collaborate on initiatives to foster a positive work culture by organizing events, managing internal communications, and collecting feedback to enhance employee satisfaction. Learning & Development : Participate in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and development programs, helping to manage schedules, materials, and participant follow-up. HR Project Management : Contribute to ongoing HR projects, such as talent development programs, diversity initiatives, and employee wellness campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Data Management & Reporting : Maintain employee records and assist in preparing HR-related reports, using data to track key metrics like turnover, engagement, and training effectiveness. What do we offer you? Paid annual scholarship of €1,000 net per month. 4-day workweek with flexible hours and one teleworking day. Yes, you read that right — a 4-day workweek!
