Your Role
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, from job briefing to offer stage.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency.
Your Skills
At least 2 years previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
Higher education in Labour Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. A Master's or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources is desirable.
Essential high level of English
Organized, decisive, proactive and committed person, with communication and teamwork skills.
