We are partnering with a fast-growing international company within the leisure and entertainment sector . As part of its continued expansion, the company is looking to hire a Talent Manager to lead and develop its global talent strategy. Your Mission You will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive talent management strategy , covering attraction, development, learning, and leadership, ensuring the organization has the capabilities required to sustain its growth. You will also lead a team and act as a strategic business partner . Key Responsibilities Define and implement global development strategies aligned with business objectives Design and deploy performance management frameworks, succession plans, and career paths Lead the learning strategy, including leadership development programs Define talent acquisition strategy and ensure scalable, high-quality recruitment processes Implement and monitor talent metrics and KPIs Lead and develop the Talent team Standardize processes and drive continuous improvement What We’re Looking For University degree (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or similar) + postgraduate studies in HR Proven experience in leadership roles within Talent Acquisition / Talent Management Experience designing strategic HR processes and leading teams Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and leadership skills High level of English (mandatory) What’s on Offer Join a fast-growing international company Strategic role with direct impact on business performance Dynamic, multicultural, and evolving environment Opportunity to build and shape the talent function #J-18808-Ljbffr
