The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in proactive recruitment, building and managing talent pipelines, and wants to grow and expand their HR experience.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining a pipeline of candidates fit for current or future positions in Europe.Partnering with hiring teams to actively source and recruit, interview, and hire employees.Administering onboarding processes including enrollments and benefits, payroll.Support Human Resources training efforts.Support internal team events and community outreach campaigns.Other duties as assigned.This job might be for you if:You possess a B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or related fieldYou have 2+ years of experience proactive recruiting in technical environments (electrical engineering is preferred)Knowledge of employment law and legal hiring practices and procedures in EuropeExcellent communication skills in English and Spanish including listening, interviewing and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical ability and problem resolution skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion in handling sensitive information and dataNice-to-havePHR and/or SHRM certificationLocationThis position is located in our Madrid, Spain office which is located near the Ramon y Cajal train station and has great access to metro and bus transport.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive pay.
