Location : Barcelona (full-time, permanent)Your Profile
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or 360° consulting
Previous team leadership or mentoring experience
Fluent Dutch and English
Strong commercial mindset and performance-driven attitude
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop junior consultants
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentYour Responsibilities

Support your team in candidate sourcing, qualification, and client interactions
Drive team performance and KPIs
Help build and scale a new recruitment project focused on the Dutch market
