WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️ Must Have: At least 2+ years of progressive people management experience. Experience with HR processes : talent development, performance management, recruitment cycles, and career pathing Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) for global stakeholder communication Proven ability to drive continuous improvement in HR and operational processes Strong coaching and mentoring skills with experience developing leadership talent Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities in complex, multicultural environments Background in HR with an interest in IT, or in IT with an interest in HR/people management. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field. Hybrid setting in Barcelona. Nice to Have: Background in IT consulting or technology sectors WHAT WILL YOU DO? Lead and develop consultants through coaching, performance reviews, and career growth planning Drive HR process optimization by collaborating with global HR teams on talent retention, performance frameworks, and skill development Implement continuous improvement initiatives for people management practices (e.g., performance reviews, mobility programs) Champion talent retention strategies to mitigate psychosocial risks and enhance consultant engagement Align team objectives with Delivery department goals while ensuring administrative compliance (salary reviews, training plans) Foster cross-cultural collaboration across global teams through knowledge-sharing initiatives and inclusive leadership Support change management for new HR policies and organizational transformations
