We're growing fast, closing a significant funding round, and building our tech stack from scratch. /ppWe're looking for a Tech Lead who builds — the whole thing. Not an architect who draws diagrams and delegates. The person who writes the first line of code, makes the stack decisions, and ships everything we need into production: the AI agents, the backend, the data, and the product users actually touch. You don't have to love CSS, but you have to be able to ship a real product front to back without waiting for anyone /liliLean on modern tooling, component libraries and AI to move fast — what matters is that it ships and feels solid /li /ulpstrongSet the engineering bar /strong /pulliYou're the first engineer and the standard for everyone who comes after /liliDecide how we work: code quality, deployment, what "done" means /liliAs we grow, you'll hire and lead the technical team — but for now, you build /li /ulpbr/pWhat we're looking forulli5+ years building software as a true fullstack engineer — backend, frontend and everything in between — and you're still hands-on /liliReal depth in backend, systems and AI is where it matters most: that's the core and the moat.
