You’ll manage the full lifecycle of customer deployments, from leading discovery processes, through initial technical implementation and on to broad organizational adoption. TAMs provide program/project management for enterprise‑wide rollouts, coordinating implementation across multiple departments and stakeholders while ensuring consistent value delivery and transformative results for clients.Whilst this role can be remote, based anywhere in Spain, you can expect 25% travel time on‑site with customers and maisa offices.What you’ll do…Implementation & Delivery- Lead enterprise‑wide platform rollouts across multiple customer departments, managing parallel implementation streams, comprehensive project plans, milestones, and resource requirements- Coordinate customer onboarding activities including technical setup, process discovery and mapping, user training and knowledge transferProgram Management & Governance- Establish and track KPIs and success metrics for each deployment phase, providing regular status updates to internal and customer executive stakeholders- Identify and mitigate implementation risks through proactive program managementEnablement & Adoption- Develop scalable training programs and materials to drive customer self‑sufficiency and adoption through change management best practices- Build and maintain a use case repository to track implementation progress, measure success, and identify expansion opportunitiesStakeholder Management- Serve as primary point of contact for technical and operational issues during implementation- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between customer teams and maisa AI resources, driving stakeholder engagementWhat you’ll bring…Key Requirements:- Strong demonstrable experience managing enterprise technology implementations, with proven experience leading customer onboarding, training programs, and change management initiatives at scale- Strong program management capabilities including coordinating parallel workstreams, dependencies and stakeholder management from technical teams to C‑suite- Solid technical knowledge across modern cloud infrastructure and software technologies (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, REST APIs) from either commercial experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field- Demonstrable experience leading discovery processes and process mapping using various frameworks and methodologies- Excellent communication and documentation skills with ability to present complex technical ideas and AI automation solutions to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders- Business proficiency in Spanish and English; additional European languages a plus- Ability to travel up to 25% of the timeDesired Qualities- Hands‑on experience with enterprise automation platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis) and relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)- Background in process optimization, business process management or digital transformation with track record of successful change management in large organizations- Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, founder‑led environments with comfort navigating ambiguity and creating structure in undefined scenarios- Strong analytical skills for tracking program metrics and demonstrating customer value- Willingness to actively use AI tools to enhance productivity and preference for flat organisations with direct impactWhy join Maisa!You will be joining one of Europe’s most exciting early‑stage AI start‑ups, where you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge Agentic Process Automation that’s reshaping how enterprises approach AI deployment.
