In this pivotal role, you'll ensure the quality, consistency, and scalability of all platform building blocks while acting as the technical authority driving our AI-native transformation. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the roadmap, delivery, and governance of AI Native Platform components. Ensure consistency, scalability, and performance across domains and teams. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful integration. Define and enforce technical standards and best practices across the platform. Requirements 5+ years in technical leadership, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture. Proven experience in platform governance, deployment, and scalability design . Strong ability to manage complex roadmaps and coordinate multi-team initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with AI platforms or digital transformation is a plus.
