Would you like to grow as a Technical Lead – Electrical Power Systems within a global leader in energy management and automation, delivering innovative solutions for data centers and mission-critical facilities?As a Technical Lead, you will drive the technical strategy and execution of complex electrical power distribution projects, primarily for data centers, ensuring resilient, scalable, and high-availability solutions that meet customer expectations while safeguarding quality, cost, schedule, and compliance from design through final acceptance.Lead the technical scope of the project and act as the single point of contact for all technical matters.Ensure customer technical requirements a re met in terms of performance, quality, cost, and schedule.Manage technical risks and oversee the interface between the project team and the customer.Supervise design, implementation, testing, and final acceptance of the technical solutions.Coordinate technical implementation activities with factories and suppliers through to project completion.Manage subcontracted portions of the project in close collaboration with the procurement team.Contribute to the technical leadership community and support continuous improvement initiatives.Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the technical scope of projects.Minimum of 5 years of experience within the relevant application domain (electrical power distribution / mission-critical infrastructure).Solid experience in medium- and low-voltage electrical systems.Knowledge of engineering tools such as ETAP and EPLAN (considered a plus, not mandatory).German: English: Permanent contract.Fully remote (based anywhere in Europe)Private medical insurance.Tax reduction : you will be able to dedicate part of your gross salary to different options such as transport, ticket restaurant, education, kindergarten and health insurance.
