What we are looking for?
Required experience:
Solid experience in IT application development, maintenance, and management.
Management of offshore teams.
Technical skills:
REST & OData APIs
Java, PHP, HTML, SQL
Relational databases
AI tools
Lead the evolution of digital solutions for Health, Safety & Environment.
Act as IT Product Owner, driving continuous improvement through architecture and design.
Coordinate external (offshore) development teams.
Manage incidents, changes, and enhancements.
Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, H&S policies) and proper technical documentation.
