We are the international construction company delivering the renovation of one of Europe’s most significant sports infrastructure projects.We are currently seeking aTechnical Office Lead – MEPto join our team and lead the technical and commercial management of MEP works within this landmark project.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the MEP Technical Office activities on site.Coordinate closely with the Design and Procurement departments.Prepare budgets and carry out cost comparisons for different MEP packages.Monitor, review, and report daily site progress.Review subcontractors’ interim payment certification submittals.Prepare and validate payment certifications for submission to the Client.Participate in technical and financial meetings with DF and DEO representatives.Ensure technical and cost control throughout the execution phase.RequirementsMinimum5 years of experiencein construction projects.Proven experience in MEP works, specifically in:Mechanical works – HVACPlumbing systemsFire protection systemsExperience in cost control, budgeting, and commercial comparisons.Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.Experience working collaboratively with Design and Procurement teams.Excellent command of both English and Spanish (mandatory).Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
