OverviewWe are supporting a large, international aviation and technology group in the search for aTechnical Product Leadwith a strongPlatform Engineeringbackground. This role sits at the intersection ofProduct, Engineering, Data and Cloud, owning the vision and roadmap for a greenfieldEngineering Metrics Platform. The platform aggregates data from engineering and DevOps tooling (GitHub, SonarCloud, Snyk, CI/CD systems, cloud platforms, etc.) to provide actionable insights on delivery, quality, security and engineering efficiency across multiple product teams. You will work closely withplatform engineering, DevOps, software engineering and AI teams, acting as a technical product leader capable of deeply understanding modern engineering stacks and translating them into scalable, data-driven products.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys working close to engineering, shaping internal platforms and enabling teams to deliver software efficiently, securely and at scale within a global airline and technology environment.If this resonates with your profile, feel free to reach out.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy and roadmap for internal engineering and platform productsLead a greenfield engineering metrics platform built on data from DevOps, CI/CD and cloud-native toolsDefine and evolve engineering productivity, quality and security metricsCollaborate with Platform Engineering, DevOps and Software Engineering teams to ensure reliable data ingestion and platform scalabilityDrive adoption and value realization of internal developer platforms across multiple operating companiesManage OKRs, value tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication at senior levelMentor Product Owners and technical leaders across related platform productsQualificationsStrong experience inTechnical Product Management / Product Ownershipin complex engineering environmentsDeep understanding ofPlatform Engineering concepts, DevOps practices and SDLCHands-on knowledge ofcloud platforms, containerization and modern infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, APIs)Familiarity with developer tooling and ecosystems (GitHub, AWS, SonarCloud, Snyk, monitoring and metrics platforms)Strong data literacy: APIs, databases, metrics aggregation and dashboarding (Power BI or similar)Ability to translate highly technical topics into business and operational impactLocation: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
