Experteer Overview
In this Technical Project Manager role at Lingo, you will drive the delivery of complex technical initiatives spanning mobile, cloud, and platform engineering. You’ll translate plans into executable workstreams and ensure cross-team alignment, visibility, and timely execution. You’ll work closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Managers to manage dependencies, risks, and milestones in a lean pod environment. This is a chance to shape large-scale health tech delivery, contributing to secure, compliant, and scalable systems that power real-time insights. You’ll enable predictable, high-quality software cadence and improve delivery processes across the organization.

• Drive delivery across tech initiatives including sprint planning support, backlog readiness, dependency follow-up, and milestone coordination
• Translate technical plans into executable workstreams and timelines with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies with ownership and mitigation paths
• Coordinate work across mobile, backend, cloud/platform, QA, Systems Engineering, and Cybersecurity
• Maintain clear views of project status, milestones, scope changes, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Ensure alignment of technical work to roadmap priorities while respecting capacity and execution constraints
• Support release readiness through coordinating inputs, dependency closure, test evidence, and execution checkpoints
• Establish sustainable ways of working to reduce ad-hoc coordination and improve predictability
• Facilitate cross-team communication to keep work visible and aligned
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and transparency across the organization
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Technical Project Management or software delivery leadership experience
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams (software, backend, cloud/platform, test)
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and engineering planning workflows
• Ability to manage dependencies, risks, milestones, and execution across stakeholders
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in ambiguous environments
• Technical fluency to work with engineers on delivery planning and issue resolution
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
