Technical Sales Manager – Spain Location: Remote, must be based in or near production regions (e.g., Lleida) Reporting to: Country Manager Role Overview We are seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to develop and manage sales across Spain within the animal nutrition sector. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to lead commercial negotiations and close deals independently. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers while also delivering revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow sales of feed additives with feed mills, premix manufacturers and large trading companies Conduct technical discussions with customers on product applications and performance Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation to commercial closure Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders Provide market feedback to internal teams Work closely with the Country Manager to execute national sales strategy Requirements Proven commercial experience in animal nutrition or feed-related markets Relevant Technical degree (Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary etc. Ability to combine technical credibility with strong negotiation skills Fluent Spanish English proficiency (B1–B2 level minimum) Strong understanding of feed mill and premix customer needs Self-driven and comfortable working remotely Compensation & Benefits Competitive Base Salary Annual bonus Company car
