Its business scope covers R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.About the RoleThe Technical Aftersales Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training to dealership technicians and aftersales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to brand standards.ResponsibilitiesPlan and develop the training center's infrastructure and programs.Design and implement aftersales training programs for the dealer network.Establish dealer staff training certification standards proportional to business volumes.Develop, prepare, and translate training materials.Craft and deliver training in various formats, including in-person, online, streaming, and blended approaches.Generate regular reports on the progress and effectiveness of the dealer certification programs.Collaborate with other departments to identify and create training plans that address market demands.Organize both technical and non-technical training sessions.Perform additional tasks related to aftersales training as required.Required SkillsEducational Background: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: At least 5 years in technical support or technical training roles, with proven high technical proficiency in Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), Electric Vehicles (EV), Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), and other vehicle technologies.Knowledgeable about circuit diagrams, service manuals, and diagnostic tools.Proficient in video recording and editing to produce educational content.Well-versed in aftersales issue resolution procedures, including quality issue feedback and technical analysis.High proficiency in English language communication.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to their fullest potential.
