Job Overview Reporting to the Service Manager of the Manitou Spain subsidiary, the Local Technical Trainer creates, adapts and delivers technical training programs from the Manitou Group Training Centers to dealers, customers and internal staff. Main Responsibilities Adapt and deliver high‑quality technical training programs to the dealer network, customers and internal staff. Comply with the rules and procedures defined by Manitou Group. Serve as the primary source of technical training, adapting, updating and improving existing group programs for the region and proposing new training materials for all Manitou products. Create a training programme for the Manitou network based on group programmes. Ensure quality training courses are provided and communicated to dealer learners. Assist in developing policy, procedures and the annual technical training plan for the subsidiary. Stay up to date with all technical issues by product to ensure service training addresses specific issues. Fully support group service training requirements, including training courses led outside the Manitou perimeter. Manage administrative follow‑up: LMS tool administration, trainer coordination, invoicing, resource control and reporting. Define and communicate performance indicators and reporting requirements. Participate in annual training budget development. Control translation quality of training offers and contents. Translate digital content with the “Global” trainer team for regional learners. Collaborate with After Sales in technical support, being an active, regular member of subsidiary technical support. Key Skills Customer oriented mindset. Engineering studies or high school in technical education. At least 3 years of product support experience. Knowledge of industry and building machine systems (engines, hydraulics, electronics, CAN BUS, LIN…). Strong experience delivering and developing technical training programs. Experience providing technical support as a trainer/instructor. Knowledge of capital equipment market, specifically hydraulic, electrical and power systems. Self‑starter, proactive and focused on personal and business improvement. Formal training qualification. Ability to multitask with high accuracy. Proficient oral and written communication. Familiarity with adult training techniques. Good level of Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. Job Conditions Permanent position, trainer role. Compensation in accordance with profile; benefits include group bonus program, company health insurance.
