We are looking to recruit an IT Business Partner – Radiology based in Barcelona, Spain. This global role serves as the technology thought leader for radiology, aligning IT strategies with organizational objectives and supporting Radiology operations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to translate Radiology goals into actionable IT strategies. Provide current thinking on technology advancements in the radiology modality. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on IT. Act as a bridge between Radiology SBU, Operations, Tele Radiology and business IT departments. Conduct thorough assessments of business processes to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, and implement technology solutions that align with business requirements. Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and cost‑effective. Oversee planning, execution and delivery of IT projects related to radiology functions. Monitor project timelines, budgets and resources; ensure milestones are met. Facilitate organizational change and provide training and support to end‑users. Establish KPIs to track effectiveness of IT initiatives and report performance. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure security, integrity and compliance. Own the Sectra PACS relationship and manage strategic vendor relationships with RIS and AI vendors. Requirements 5+ years’ experience deploying technology to support radiology (elective and emergency) including AI and advanced analytics. Experience in digital transformation of end‑to‑end processes with a strong customer UX/UI focus. Knowledge of IT systems and technologies, RIS, PACS, reporting tools, integration technologies and radiology architectures. Solid project management abilities and track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget. Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills, with ability to analyse complex issues and develop innovative solutions. Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross‑functional teams. Experience managing relationships with external partners, stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Experience working in a fast‑paced, innovative patient‑centric environment. A dynamic self‑starter, team player, low ego, high integrity, professional and personable.
