Experteer Overview In this TechOps IT Analyst role, you bridge local Iberia, Italy, and the wider EMEA with Global IT to deliver regional IT initiatives. You will champion the adoption of global technology capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions, and manage selected tactical IT projects aligned with Elanco’s strategy. You’ll oversee local IT services, governance, and vendor relationships to ensure stable, compliant operations. This position suits a proactive tech professional who wants measurable operational impact across multiple affiliates.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Serve as the primary IT ambassador for Iberia, Italy, and the EMEA region, building proactive partnerships between local affiliates and Global IT
- Align IT initiatives across local, regional, and global levels to drive adoption and standardization of high-impact global solutions
- Champion AI adoption and digital enablement across EMEA while managing lifecycle of tactical IT projects for operational improvements
- Promote global capabilities (e.G., CRM) and drive their adoption for standardization
- Own technology lifecycle and business use of local applications and hardware, including operation, validation, and retirement
- Oversee IT Operations processes: user onboarding/offboarding, asset management, local infrastructure coordination, and local budget management
- Understand and enforce local compliance ensuring secure, compliant, and operational systems
- Manage local IT vendors and SLAs to deliver quality services and maximize valueResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of technology experience with a track record of managing complex deliverables
- Ability to manage technically complex projects independently and adapt priorities as needed
- Clear communication and conflict resolution skills across diverse, cross-functional, multilingual teams
- Ability to perform technical and product management tasks independently while focusing on high-level objectivesRequisitos principales
