Job Description
Reviewing project requirements, technical specifications and drawings, obtaining required details
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity surveys or checking quantity requirements
Prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time
Finding suppliers and communicating in accordance with project requirements and obtaining offers and required information for tenders
Comparing and analysing multiple offers from different suppliers, preparing comparison charts, keeping record and archiving
Pricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a project
Preparing preliminary work schedules for tenders
As for the skills and experience we are looking for
Graduated from Civil Engineering or Architecture departments of universities
At least 4 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender Department
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Eager to learn
Strong communication skills to communicate with suppliers
Good understanding sub & superstructure construction works
Able to analyse project requirements, technical specifications, drawings
Excellent command of Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is a must
Proficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
