Position DescriptionThe Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for driving retail sales across the channel, recruiting, engaging, and training third‑party sales agents, and ensuring channel productivity and profitability.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the PAYGO Channel.SEP onboarding, management, and monitoring.Driving sales of recommended SKUs within assigned territory.Ensuring effective implementation of the route to market (RTM) to achieve sales targets.Constant monitoring of stock positions at ECs to prevent stock out.Active implementation of field initiatives to boost sales.Implementation of strategic plans to build capacity in the immediate coverage environment.QualificationsExperience in FMCG, Telecom, Renewable Energy, or any industry that focuses on territory development & product sales.Field sales knowledge is essential.Knowledge of the coverage area is important.Residence in the coverage area is an advantage.LocationIkorodu 1 & Ikorodu 2, Lagos
