pAt SEGULA Technologies, we continue to grow and are looking to incorporate a strongTest Engineer /strong for development projects in the automotive sector, working in highly demanding technical environments and collaborating with one of our main clients. If you are passionate about experimentation, vehicles, and real-world testing... we would love to meet you! /ppbr/ppstrongMain responsibilities /strong: /pulliPlanning and execution of tests, activities, and releases across all project phases (including advanced testing). /liliDefinition and follow-up of the testing plan for parts, components, and systems. /liliEnd-to-end management of test vehicles (preparation, transport, costs, and monitoring of special manufacturing processes). /liliCoordination of dynamic tests and specific testing activities (winter testing, summer testing, wind and rain tunnels). /liliControl of parts status, quality, and vehicle condition (Intemperie, SoLiSi, Klapper, etc.). /liliExecution of tests according to Load Logbooks and Experimentation requirements. /liliPreparation, review, and control of release checklists. /liliPreparation of technical reports and validation documentation. /liliDrafting of release recommendations (FURE, BMG, Release K). /liliIdentification of issues, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective actions. /liliManagement and follow-up of suppliers (national and international). /liliPrototype management and benchmarking analysis (competitors). /liliCAD support for experimentation (geometry generation for prototyping). /liliParticipation in project meetings and “Gate meetings” (P-Frei, B-Frei). /liliCoordination with internal teams and suppliers. /liliEnsuring achievement of project milestones. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequisitos /strong: /pulliDegree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar. /liliExperience in validation/testing within the automotive sector, experimentation project management, and workshop/vehicle environments. /liliKnowledge of systems, components, and vehicle validation. /liliExperience in coordinating tests under real conditions. /liliAdvanced level of English (minimum B2). /liliValid driving license (Category B). /li /ulpbr/ppstrongNice to have /strong /pulliCAD knowledge (prototype support). /liliExperience in OEM environments. /liliN2 driving training. /liliExperience driving under adverse conditions (ice/snow). /liliIntermediate-high level of German. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSe ofrece /strong: /pulliInvolvement in strategic and innovative projects with leading clients in the automotive industry. /liliA collaborative and multicultural work environment, with strong support for professional growth and internal mobility. /liliReal opportunities for professional growth in a company experiencing solid national and international expansion. /lili A flexible benefits package, tailored to individual needs (health insurance, childcare, transport, meal allowance…). /liliAccess to cutting-edge technologies and state-of-the-art tools. /liliA personalized career plan and ongoing professional training programs. /li /ul
