Experteer Overview
As a TM1 - Platform Expert in our Digital Finance team, you will own the Planning Analytics platform architecture and ensure secure, available, and well-governed TM1 applications across finance, commercial, and Ru0026amp;D. You’ll coordinate cross-functional activities, drive continuous improvement in service delivery and costs, and manage vendor relationships. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning in a globally distributed, innovation-focused environment.

• Define the technical architecture of the Planning Analytics platform
• Lead troubleshooting investigations to identify root causes and determine optimal technical solutions
• Plan platform-level activities including Lifecycle events, upgrades, backup/restore, and disaster recovery testing
• Perform capacity planning for the Planning Analytics infrastructure
• Ensure Sanofi quality and security standards across platform activities
• Plan and organize monitoring for platform KPIs
• Innovate to improve service delivery and reduce platform costs
• Manage vendor relationships related to the Planning Analytics platform
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Solid experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Planning Analytics (TM1)
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Strong DevOps skills (git, Ansible, GitHub Actions, OpenShift)
• Cloud experience, preferably AWS
• Understanding of networking basics (load balancers, DNS, certificates)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder consensus-building
• Experience with SQL and Python
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes (plus)
• Relevant certifications (IBM Cognos TM1, AWS) are advantageous
