Come and join us! Overview We are looking for a highly organized, hands-on, and execution-focused Transformation Consultant to work closely with the Transformation Lead . This is a predominantly operational role , designed to ensure that global and local transformation initiatives move forward efficiently, consistently, and on time. The Transformation Consultant will act as the day-to-day engine of the transformation , driving follow-ups, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring deliverables are completed. The scope spans creativity, media, production, Data and technology , including the rollout of common tools and ways of working across the group (e.g., project management platforms and transformation frameworks). This role combines project coordination, stakeholder management, communications, and transformation content creation , with strong exposure to international markets and senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys execution, coordination, and structure, and who is comfortable operating at the center of complex, multi-market initiatives. Responsibilities Transformation program Support Act as the operational counterpart to the Transformation Lead, ensuring day-to-day execution of global and local transformation initiatives. Drive structured follow-up on action items, milestones, and commitments across all workstreams. Ensure initiatives progress according to plan, escalating risks or delays when needed. Global & Local Initiatives Tracking (Including AI) Track and coordinate global and local transformation initiatives , with a strong focus on AI-related initiatives (e.g., adoption, pilots, enablement, governance, and use cases). Maintain a clear view of status, dependencies, risks, and next steps across initiatives acting as a project manager. Support alignment between global direction and local market execution. Market Coordination (Up to 16 Markets) Act as a key point of contact for up to 16 markets , ensuring clear communication, structured follow-ups, and timely delivery. Coordinate inputs, updates, and deliverables from markets, ensuring consistency and quality. Support markets in understanding timelines, expectations, and required outputs. Planning, Governance & Follow-up Support the setup and maintenance of governance routines (weekly/bi-weekly status calls, action logs, timelines, trackers). Maintain operational documentation such as trackers, dashboards and initiative overviews to measure KPIs and milestones defined for each workstream. Prepare clear and concise status updates for the Transformation Lead and Account Director. Deck Creation & Content Coordination Create and maintain high-quality PowerPoint decks for global forums, transformation updates, leadership reviews, and market communications. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure decks are completed accurately and on time. Ensure presentations are structured, clear, and execution-oriented rather than just purely strategic. Events-Meeting Planning & Logistics Support the planning and execution of global and regional transformation events, workshops, meetings and forums. Coordinate agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution. Transformation Scope Support operational execution of initiatives related to: Artificial Intelligence (global and local initiatives) Creativity and creative operations Media and production transformation Technology enablement and rollout of common tools (e.g., project management platforms) Ways of working, governance, and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in operational transformation, PMO, project coordination, consulting delivery, creative or media agencies or similar execution-heavy roles. Proven experience working with multiple markets and international stakeholders . Strong execution and follow-up discipline , with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Advanced PowerPoint skills , with a strong focus on clarity, structure, and delivery. Experience coordinating content and deliverables with multiple contributors. Hands‑on experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Optional/ideal: Adobe suite experience (e.g. DAM, workfront…) Language & Communication Fluent English required (B2–C1) , with the ability to confidently participate in operational and coordination-focused conversations with international markets. Clear and structured communication style, both written and verbal. Personal Attributes Strongly execution-oriented and comfortable with operational responsibility. Highly organized, structured, and proactive in driving follow-ups. Comfortable working across ambiguity and change.
