Our people are at the heart of this mission, and we are now looking for a Transport Planner to strengthen our team in Germany.To strengthen our Logistics-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Transport Planner!Position PurposeAs our Transport Planner, you'll coordinate and optimize the end-to-end order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. The role ensures seamless communication among customers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders, while striving to maximize service levels, reduce costs, and support the continuous improvement of logistics operations across EMEA.For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either our location in Bönen or Frechen (Germany) or our Madrid (Spain) office or our office in Agrate Brianza (Italy).The chosen location will depend on what is most practical for the candidate.Your responsibilities Coordinate the entire order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planningProfessional communication with our customers, logistic partners and internal stakeholdersOptimization of routes and transport in order to reduce freight costs and ecological footprintProvide support in ensuring and coordinating stock availabilityProactively work to maximize our service levels, customer satisfactionProactive work achievements of departmental and personal targetsPart of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize our logistics across EuropeYour profileRelevant professional experience in order processing, logistics, or transport planning, preferably within a European or international context.Experience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly desirable.Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in German at a native-speaker level.
