Our scents are born from a unique early-20th-century legacy, reinterpreted today through a contemporary lens.We craft perfumes, home scents and lifestyle products withabsolute attention to detail, artisanal savoir-faireand asophisticated aestheticthat invites you into a universe full of personality and authenticity.Our model combines global vision, agile decision-making and refined execution, enabling us to grow internationally with coherence, depth and consistency—without ever compromising our essence.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven, strategic and relationship-orientedBusiness Developer to lead and expand Eight & Bob’s presence in the global Travel Retail channel, ensuring our maison is represented at the highest luxury standards worldwide.You will be responsible fordeveloping, managing and expanding our presence in airports, airlines, cruise lines and duty free zones, ensuring our brand is consistently positioned at the highest luxury standards.This role requires astrong understanding of the Travel Retail ecosystem, excellent commercial judgment and the ability to build long-term, high-quality partnerships worldwide, while guaranteeing excellence at point of sale.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all commercial developmentinitiatives for Eight & Bob within theTravel Retail channel.
Identify, develop and managestrategic partnershipswith Travel Retail operators, distributors, airport retailers and airline buyers.
Build and execute aTravel Retail strategyaligned with the brand’s ultra-luxury positioning.
Negotiatelistings, assortments, pricing and commercial conditions while safeguarding brand equity.
Coordinate closely with internal teams(marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure excellence in execution.
Ensure that all personnelrepresenting Eight & Bobin Travel Retail locations are properly trained, acting as true brand ambassadors.
Develop, organize and follow up on brand, product and storytelling training sessions for retail staff, promoters and partners.
Monitor performance, prepare reports and follow up on sales evolution, distribution and KPIs.
Travel frequentlyto visit key accounts, attend industry events and strengthen partner relationships.
Proactively propose initiatives to elevate brand visibility, service quality and storytelling across Travel Retail points of sale.Your Profile+4 years of proven experience in Travel Retail(mandatory), ideally in business development, key account management or sales roles.
Solid understanding of theTravel Retail ecosystem: airports, duty free operators, airlines and international distributors.
Experience withinLuxury, Beauty, Perfumery or Fashionindustries is astrong plus.
A strongcommercial mindsetwith a genuine passion for selling and relationship building.

Fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a strong plus; additional languages are welcome.
