In this role you will deliver numerical modelling analyses for ground engineering and tunnelling on high-impact infrastructure projects. You will join a diverse, international EC Europe team and contribute across feasibility, detailed design and construction support. You will help advance digital engineering through new modelling tools and workflows while mentoring peers. Your work will support global projects and multidisciplinary collaboration, contributing to AECOM’s mission of a better world.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Deliver numerical modelling analyses for ground engineering and tunnelling using FLAC3D and other tools• Contribute to projects across concept, feasibility, detailed design and construction phases• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Spain, Poland, South Africa and beyond• Drive digitalisation initiatives by developing and implementing new modelling tools and workflows• Own defined project packages or smaller projects ensuring high-quality technical delivery• Prepare concise, technically robust deliverables reviewed by senior engineers• Perform quality checks and support peer reviews• Mentor and support junior engineers to build team capabilityResponsabilidades• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related field• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ground engineering and/or tunnelling• Fluent in English• Hands-on experience xcskxlj with numerical modelling tools (FLAC3D preferred)• Strong understanding of soil/rock mechanics and geotechnical design principles• Programming skills (Python, Fish, MATLAB, etc.) are a plus• Ability to work independently while collaborating in international teamsRequisitos principales• medical, dental, vision, life insurance• ADu0026D, disability benefits• paid time off• flexible work options• well-being resources• employee stock purchase plan
