Housekeeping Team The Housekeeping Team is one of the largest and most diverse teams in the entire resort. Its main mission is to ensure that the cleaning needs are met and to provide a subtle and attentive service to our guests, helping to create unforgettable stays, exceeding all expectations. Within the department, there are different positions: Supervisor: Inspects rooms and public areas, completes reports and verifies the status of rooms and public areas in the system. Assigns work to assigned teams and prepares daily reports. Room Attendant: Cleans guest suites according to established standards; changes linens, vacuums, dusts and replenishes room amenities. Part‑time option in the afternoon shift for the turn down service. Valet: Ensures that all cleaning stations are clean, tidy and stocked with all necessary materials and linens to ensure cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, living rooms and fixtures in accordance with company standards and branding. Laundry Operator: Delivers uniforms and linens to staff in accordance with systems and procedures. Also inventories and controls the movement of linen and uniforms. Performs the cleaning of customer linen and is responsible for delivering it to the suites. Public Areas Cleaning: Cleanliness of the common areas of the hotel.
