Natac is a Spanish biotechnology company specialized in the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of natural ingredients. We have an international presence in more than 50 countries through our sales offices in Madrid, Utah, and Singapore. Key responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of active and prospective clients across the U.S. market. Preparation, monitoring, and budget control in line with management guidelines, with a strong focus on sales and margins. Market prospecting and expansion of the portfolio of new potential clients within the Nutraceutical industry. Business Development. Preparation of visit reports and market studies. Drive projects end-to-end, from lead generation to successful sales closure. Preparing and proposing the sales action plan in line with the sales budget for the different business lines within the assigned geographical area. Client visits to understand their needs and identify market opportunities. Ability to frequently travel to US and Canada. Approximately 25% of the time will be dedicated to travel within the assigned area. What we are looking for: University degree. Languages: Native or bilingual English . Professional level of Spanish . At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales . Experience in related sectors (biotechnology, food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics). Valid driving license. Strong communication skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Team player with a persistent, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
