If you're passionate about understanding user needs, analyzing data, and shaping the future of Telehealth, we'd love to hear from you!Role And ResponsibilitiesAs the UX Researcher at Bask, you will be the voice of the user. Your insights will guide the design and development of our Telehealth platform, ensuring that it delivers a seamless, intuitive, and delightful experience for all users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and developers, to ensure that our product meets the evolving needs of our users.Your primary duties will include :Conducting user research to gain deep insights into the needs, behaviors, and pain points of our target users, including Telehealth providers and patientsDesigning and conducting both qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, surveys, usability tests, A / B testing, etc.) to gather meaningful dataAnalyzing user feedback, synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable insights to inform design decisions and product improvementsCollaborating with the UX / UI design team to ensure research insights are integrated into the product design processReviewing designs and prototypes to ensure they align with user needs and research findingsCreating user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered artifacts to communicate research findings to stakeholdersIdentifying key areas for research within the product development cycle, prioritizing research initiatives to maximize impactContinuously monitoring and evaluating the user experience, suggesting improvements, and validating design iterationsStaying current with industry trends, methodologies, and technologies in UX research and user experience designRequirementsProven work experience as a UX Researcher, User Researcher, or a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful research projectsExperience with a variety of user research methods, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic researchProficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, or similarStrong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insightsSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate research findings into tangible product recommendationsExperience reviewing designs and prototypes to ensure alignment with user needs and research findingsExcellent communication skills and the ability to present research findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholdersA collaborative mindset with experience working in an agile, cross-disciplinary team environmentA passion for delivering exceptional user experiences in the fast-paced world of Telehealth
