You will be responsible for driving the vision for user experience and raising the bar of quality of design, proudly owning discovery and be an enabler in all-things research, re-imagining the experience of pivotal moments in every touchpoint of the customer's journey.We're looking for someone who is deeply curious about innovation in this sector. Just imagine what you can create here - for the industry, for the team, and for yourself.**Responsibilities***:- Define, plan, and conduct exploratory user research, including supporting the work of less expert colleagues.- Deliver compelling insights, stories and artifacts to help drive evidence-based product and design decisions.- Translates insights in practical recommendations.- Researching and comparing appropriate platforms for recruiting and managing participant information _(Research ops)_.- Selecting research tools for usability testing, surveys, remote interviews, or any other types of research _(Research ops)_.- Managing access privileges and platform seats across individual user researchers and teams _(Research ops)_.- We need to deliver features to the market in a quick and seamless way. You will be the owner of the UX Research, from recruitment to reporting and documentation. Your work doesn’t end when the feature is in production, you will need to review its success post-release and suggest improvements.- You are 100% Autonomous.**Requirements**:**What Youll Bring**- 4+ years of experience in user research, with significant expertise in either exploratory qualitative research to identify needs and problems or workflow and task analysis (or both!)- You are comfortable with planning, prioritizing, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research in a variety of contexts- You are a dedicated advocate of a user-centered, evidence-based approach to product development, while balancing business needs- Data-obsession. Experience with qualitative and quantitative approaches to make well-informed decisions.- Extremely organized, responsive, responsible, and accountable. You’re the go-to person for your domain, you’re enthusiastic about helping, and you always find a way to make things happen.- Leadership. Experience presenting work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts, the research findings, and why decisions were made in a certain way.- Customer Obsession. You strive for delivering “wow” moments throughout all the touch points of the customer journey, connecting the dots and delivering a consistent experience through static or interactive media.- Humble & Collaborative.
