Advanced knowledge of VMware vSphere , Horizon , Windows Server , as well as DRS , HA , and vMotion . Strong expertise in Windows Server administration . Previous experience working with on-site infrastructure . Responsibilities Design, configure, and deploy on-premise virtualized environments based on VMware vSphere and Horizon. Implement, monitor, and optimize DRS, HA, and vMotion configurations. Design, configure, and deploy Windows Server virtual machines , ensuring their availability, performance, and security. Collaborate with international technical teams on the planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives. Document procedures, best practices, and technical configurations. Contribute to continuous improvement and infrastructure automation initiatives. Nice to have Technical certifications in VMware (VCP, VCAP) or Microsoft. Experience in large-scale infrastructure transformation or modernization projects. Additional knowledge in networking, storage, or automation (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.). Requirements EU security clearance eligible. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
