We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact. /p pHaving reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. /p pIt’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! /p h3What you will do /h3 pAs bVP Growth /b, you own and scale Joko’s B2C growth engine end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. /p pYour mission: bdrive profitable, scalable growth and bring Joko to millions of users across France, the US, and beyond. /b /p pYou operate at both leadership and execution levels, shaping the vision while ensuring fast, high-quality delivery. /p pYou report to the CMO and blead the Growth Team /b, building a world-class, AI-powered growth organization. /p ul libBuild, run, and continuously arbitrate Joko’s full-funnel growth engine: /b You improve every step of the user journey from acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation to grow a valuable, engaged user base. /li libOwn and optimize our growth budget and LTV/CAC ratio: /b You maximize efficiency across all growth channels and levers including referral, ads, influence, growth partnerships, and more (you tell us what’s next). /li libIdentify and activate new growth loops: /b You explore new channels, test innovative formats, and launch breakthrough ideas that unlock incremental and scalable growth. /li libPartner with Product, Data, and cross-functional teams: /b You drive marketing initiatives within Joko’s growth roadmap alongside our Growth Task Force, ensuring alignment and fast execution across the company. /li libOwn measurement, attribution, and incrementality: /b You ensure we track the right KPIs daily, run incrementality tests, and maintain a strong data foundation that supports confident decision-making. /li libScale AI across growth: /b You automate campaign operations, accelerate creative production, enhance segmentation, and use predictive models to guide prioritization. /li libLead and scale the Growth Team (5 people today and growing): /b You build a high-performing team, foster a culture of experimentation, speed, and ownership, and raise the bar on impact. /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for /h3 ul libExperience: /b You have 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or full-funnel B2C growth (mobile app or marketplace), with a proven track record of delivering profitable, sustainable growth at scale. /li libDeep channel expertise: /b You have strong ownership across key channels including Meta, TikTok, Google, ASA, affiliates, referral, influencer, and partnerships, with clear budget accountability. /li libOperator mindset: /b You can set clear direction and translate it into execution, with strong judgment on where to invest for maximum ROI. /li libHighly data-driven: /b You rely on experimentation, cohort analysis, and funnel metrics to guide decisions and prioritize effectively. /li libHands-on approach: /b You stay close to execution, unblock teams quickly, and jump in when needed to move things forward. /li libAI-native mindset: /b You use AI daily and know how to scale operations through automation, agents, and workflow improvements. /li libTeam leadership: /b You have strong experience hiring, managing, and scaling high-performing teams, and know how to drive performance and accountability. /li libLanguages: /b You are fluent in French and English, written and spoken. /li /ul h3Our perks /h3 p(Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) /p pAt Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. We assess both your output and how you think in real time.
