You will own demand generation to closing, managing a high-volume, international B2C operation with ~40k leads per year and €7K average basket.You'll shape the team, recruit and coach 4 Sales Managers, 15 Sales Executives, and 25–30 seasonal staff, driving revenue growth while partnering with cross‑functional teams and exploring AI-enabled sales improvements.
