Carritech is a small company based in Colmenar Viejo, we specialise in spare parts for the telecommunication industry and ship equipment all over the world. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our friendly team. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll need to be able to work using your own initiative, be self-motivated whilst also being a team player and offer guidance to other team members. Duties Picking and packing parcels Ensuring the checking-in and putting away of deliveries is completed correctly in line with company procedure Carrying out stock checks Assisting in processing daily tasks associated with postage Ensuring warehouse tasks are carried out accurately, efficiently and to a very high standard Helping to maintain a clear and tidy workplace Managing supplier returns in line with company procedure Other tasks of an appropriate level associated with the day-to-day running of the business Experience, Abilities & Qualifications The ability to perform in a high-pressure, time-sensitive situation A good understanding of general computer usage The ability to follow instructions (both written and verbal) accurately and in a timely fashion, questioning if not clear and offering alternatives to process if appropriate The ability to work as part of a highly productive team on a day-to-day basis, and on own initiative if required.
