Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Operator to support material handling, storage, and distribution activities, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and timely supply of materials to production and other departments. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnload and receive goods following supervisor instructions /li liTransport materials to designated storage locations /li liLabel and identify materials when required /li liSupport physical verification of received quantities /li liPerform material put-away and internal stock movements /li liPrepare production kits and work orders /li liExecute picking activities and supply materials to production and testing areas /li liManage material returns from production /li liParticipate in inventory counts and cycle counting activities /li liPrepare packaging for domestic and international shipments /li liLoad and unload transportation vehicles /li liSupport preparation of shipping documentation /li liCoordinate with carriers for scheduled pickups and deliveries /li liMaintain shipping areas organized and ready for dispatch /li liEnsure the warehouse is clean, organized, and properly identified /li liKeep aisles, racks, and work areas clear and safe /li liSupport storage space optimization initiatives /liliComply with safety, ESD, and FOD regulations applicable to aerospace environments /li liProvide operational support to Production, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing teams /li liAssist in handling critical and urgent materials /li liParticipate in continuous improvement projects related to logistics and warehouse operations /li liSupport the Warehouse Supervisor in daily operational tasks /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 bEducation: /b ul liVocational Training or equivalent (preferably in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field) /li /ul bExperience: /b ul liA minimum of 1–2 years of experience in industrial warehouse or logistics environments /li liExperience working under standardized procedures and controlled environments /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liForklift license /li liExperience in aerospace, aeronautical, electronics, or high‑tech environments /li liBasic knowledge of material traceability /li liFamiliarity with warehouse management processes and best practices /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong attention to detail and accuracy /li liGood organizational skills and ability to manage priorities /li liProactive mindset and problem‑solving abilities /liliAbility to work effectively as part of a team /li liGood communication skills and coordination with cross‑functional teams /li /ul h3Technology Stack /h3 ul liERP systems (for inventory and material management) /li liWarehouse management systems (WMS) /li liBasic Microsoft Office tools /li /ul h3Physical Requirements /h3 ul liAbility to perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and handling materials /li liAbility to work in a warehouse environment and operate for extended periods standing and moving /li liAbility to use warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) when required /li /ul pThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
