This role involves developing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with company goals, planning editorial calendars, and overseeing the creation of thought leadership, blog posts, white papers, case studies, and website copy. The person in this role will manage content workflows, coordinate with consultants and technical experts to translate complex topics into clear narratives, and ensure consistency in brand voice across all channels. Strategic vision: You don't just "write interesting stuff." You understand how content moves a user through the funnel: from first touch to sign-up and loyalty.2. A feel for language and style: You can spot fakeness in a text from a mile away. You know the difference between a brand voice for degens and one for institutionals.3. Team management experience: You can set tasks, give constructive feedback, and gather people around you who write better than you do.4. Understanding of the crypto ecosystem: You know what DeFi, NFTs, L2s, and staking are, and can tell a good whitepaper from a bad one.5. Analytical mindset: You don't believe in "content for content's sake." You count how many users and dollars each article brought in and reallocate resources toward what works.
