As part of its next growth phase, the company is looking to strengthen its design capabilities across marketing, web, and product-related visuals, with a strong emphasis on consistency, quality, and speed.
About the Role
As a Website & Marketing Designer, you will take ownership of a broad and highly visible design scope across marketing, web, and communication materials. This is a hands‑on role for a versatile designer with strong graphic and illustration skills, capable of moving between structured presentation design, creative marketing assets, and scalable web components.
You will work closely with marketing and product stakeholders, translating ideas into high-quality visual outputs: from investor-facing decks to website modules and event materials.
This role is ideal for a designer who combines strong visual taste with structured thinking, enjoys variety in their work, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication Materials
Design high-quality fact sheets, one‑pagers, brochures, and marketing documents
Create and maintain visually consistent Google Slides templates and presentations
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral
Presentation Design (~ 10 - 20 % of the time)
Own the design of quarterly, stakeholder‑facing presentations
Translate complex topics into clear, structured, and visually compelling decks
Maintain high standards for clarity, hierarchy, and storytelling
Print & Event Design
Design physical materials such as postcards, flyers, and event invitations
Create conference assets including handouts, booth visuals, and branded materials
Support ad‑hoc creative requests across events and campaigns
Website Design (Strategic Scope)
Design full website layouts, pages, and user flows
Define and evolve the overall visual direction of the web presence
Ensure alignment between brand, product, and marketing experience
Website Assets & UI Components (Ongoing)
Create modular website components and visuals (e.g. for HubSpot integration)
Design and update website graphics and sections
Develop vector-based product illustrations for feature marketing and in‑app usage
Work within a structured setup using Jira (Marketing board) and async collaboration
Primary design tool: Figma (mandatory)
Illustration tools: flexible (as long as outputs are high-quality vector and Figma-compatible)
Freelancer setup via Upwork
Proven experience in graphic design, marketing design, and web design
Strong portfolio covering presentations, marketing materials, and website design
Advanced skills in Figma and modern design workflows
High attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to structure complex content into clear visual communication
Comfortable working across different formats (digital, print, presentations)
Nice to have
Interest or experience in fintech, digital assets, or tech environments
Passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity
