Overview
In this role you drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships within the EMEA region for Deel’s global payroll and HR platform. You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a healthy pipeline to meet targets. Your work supports Deel’s mission to unlock global opportunity for teams and individuals. This is a high-growth, international role with significant impact on customers and the business.

ResponsabilidadesManage a designated list of accounts and build relationships with key stakeholdersIdentify and develop opportunities for new business and/or account expansionLead the full sales process from prospecting to closingPresent Deel’s value proposition with tailored solutionsMaintain a healthy sales pipeline via outbound, inbound, and ongoing client engagementCollaborate with internal teams (SDR, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal) to support client needsPrepare accurate forecasts and keep CRM data up to dateMeet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targetsProvide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities to internal stakeholders
Requisitos principalesRelevant B2B sales experienceProven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing full sales cyclesAbility to build strong client relationships and navigate multi-stakeholder environmentsStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience in fast-paced or high-growth environmentsFluent in English & GermanFamiliarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, customer-centric selling) is a strong plusProficiency with CRM tools and sales processes; ability to manage pipeline and forecasting with disciplineCollaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skillsGrowth mindset and willingness to continuously learn and adaptCollaborativeProactiveResults-orientedCRM toolsSales forecastingStructured sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, customer-centric selling)
