As The Stoke Brands Co continues to grow and evolve, we're looking for a Junior Accountant to support our dynamic finance team. This is your chance to be part of something exciting, where every number tells a story, and every story shapes our future.YOU WILL...Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivableSupport with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoringHelp prepare financial reports, statements, and budgetsMaintain accurate records of financial transactionsLiaise with customers, agents, and vendors to resolve billing issuesAssist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentationProvide administrative support to the Financial Controller and broader management teamHelp manage relationships with external financial advisers and auditorsContribute to improving financial processes and controlsSupport with office administrative tasks related to finance, including utilities and billing managementIf interested and available, there may be opportunities to take on on-site accounting responsibilities at festivals, depending on workload and logistics.YOU ARE...Experienced in accounts payable and receivable (2-3 years minimum)Detail-oriented, organised, and process-drivenFluent in both English and Spanish (required)Confident in spreadsheet-based bookkeepingEarly in your finance career and looking to build in a fast-moving international companyComfortable working independently and managing your own task loadThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Barcelona.
