About the role Our API Sales team enables leading enterprises to build directly on top of our global financial infrastructure. They help companies automate multi-currency payouts, issue cards, and streamline treasury operations through our powerful APIs. In this role, you’ll drive enterprise deal cycles, working a diverse customer book from initial conversation through close and launch and early account growth. You’ll play a part in GTM launch as we scale our API products globally - live today in EEA, UK, USA AND APAC. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team where smart, consultative selling builds long-lasting partnerships and drives exceptional results. What you’ll be doing Building a network of enterprise customers across various industries, opening doors to generate revenue across payment solutions Owning your deals end to end - from sourcing the opportunity, winning the deal, getting the customer live, and expanding the account on the longer term Establishing a trusted, strategic advisor relationship with customers by demonstrating continued value through available features Managing and reporting accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieving sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentoring other sales executives on strategies to reach their goals Partnering with Product Owners, Ops, Business Development Managers and other sales team to deliver an exceptional launch for every customer What you'll need 4+ years of Enterprise sales experience ideally in the fintech, banking or payments industries Knowledge of selling API based solutions and products like card issuing and payouts A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota within ambitious and fast-paced sales organisations Experience creating partnerships with third-party companies to launch B2B services Curiosity, ability to learn quickly and to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Fluency in English and German Nice to have Experience in a reputable, high-growth startup A network of business partners relevant to our payments offerings To be a curious, quick learner who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment Building a global financial super app isn’t enough.
