They help companies automate multi-currency payouts, issue cards, and streamline treasury operations through our powerful APIs.In this role, you’ll drive enterprise deal cycles, working a diverse customer book from initial conversation through close and launch and early account growth. You’ll play a part in GTM launch as we scale our API products globally - live today in EEA, UK, USA AND APAC. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing team where smart, consultative selling builds long-lasting partnerships and drives exceptional results.What you’ll be doingBuilding a network of enterprise customers across various industries, opening doors to generate revenue across payment solutionsOwning your deals end to end - from sourcing the opportunity, winning the deal, getting the customer live, and expanding the account on the longer termEstablishing a trusted, strategic advisor relationship with customers by demonstrating continued value through available featuresManaging and reporting accurate forecasts and pipelines, achieving sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentoring other sales executives on strategies to reach their goalsPartnering with Product Owners, Ops, Business Development Managers and other sales team to deliver an exceptional launch for every customerWhat you'll need4+ years of Enterprise sales experience ideally in the fintech, banking or payments industriesKnowledge of selling API based solutions and products like card issuing and payoutsA proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota within ambitious and fast-paced sales organisationsExperience creating partnerships with third-party companies to launch B2B servicesCuriosity, ability to learn quickly and to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsFluency in English and GermanNice to haveExperience in a reputable, high-growth startupA network of business partners relevant to our payments offeringsTo be a curious, quick learner who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
