We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic architect to join our growing international practice in Madrid, Spain. Education & Experience Most of our projects pass rapidly from concept to completion, offering a wide range of job phases, including valuable site experience. You’ll quickly feel part of a friendly, supportive team, and work closely with senior colleagues. Our international network allows collaboration with Hyphen’s offices across Europe and Latin America and work on interesting projects for world‑leading clients. Hybrid working: up to three days a week from home, remainder in Madrid after probation. Responsibilities Engaged on major client accounts, collaborating with stakeholders and managing project teams. Projects mainly in commercial sectors: data centres, logistics, offices, retail and hospitality. Work on projects inside and outside Spain, across Latin America and Europe – travel opportunities available. Role suitable for recently qualified architects, architectural technologists, and interior designers. Required Skills and Experience 1–2 years of experience, preferably across some project work stages in a relevant sector. Strong design skills and technical knowledge. Solid working knowledge of Revit (minimum 1 year), AutoCAD, and MS Office. Confident verbal and written communication skills. Excellent teamwork and proactive attitude. Great organisational skills: prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages advantageous. Location Madrid, Spain.
