The Opportunity We are looking for a skilled and ambitious Architect to join our Architecture team. We seek individuals with a strong blend of technical expertise, design sensitivity, and a commitment to societal impact. This role offers the chance to contribute to and lead exciting projects across Europe in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where your potential is recognized and nurtured. Functions Lead the development of architectural and interior design proposals from concept to detailed design, working closely with senior architects and team leaders. Coordinate effectively with other disciplines within Arup, ensuring seamless integration of architecture with structural, MEP, and other engineering aspects. Produce high-quality presentations to communicate design ideas clearly and compellingly. Create 3D models, visualizations, diagrams, and physical models across various scales and project stages. Participate in site visits to oversee implementation and ensure design integrity. Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and sharing expertise. Minimum Requirements Degree in Architecture. 3-4 years of experience in architectural practice. Proficiency in English (C1 level). Strong collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated leadership potential and project management abilities. Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Advanced skills in Revit, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Photoshop. Experience with rendering software such as VRay or similar. Interest in digital tools and familiarity with programs like Illustrator. Conditions Immediate start. Why work at Arup?
