Our client, a leading global Private Equity firm, is looking for a top performing Bilingual Executive Assistant to support a Global Partner in a highly active deal environment.This position will be undertaken from Madrid, however support an individual who is based out of London.The remit is wide, however will include: Own and manage a complex and high stakes agenda managing competing priorities across stakeholders, geographies and time zonesManage a high volume inbox Anticipate and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, acting as gatekeeper ensuring partner’s time is protected for high impact workFlawlessly plan and execute complex, multi-stop, global travel itineraries, often under time pressure and subject to last minute changesAct as trusted extension of the Partner, liaising and building rapport with key stakeholders, managing sensitivities and ensuring the right level of information is sharedProduce clear and concise briefing materials to ensure Partner prepped for meetings effective decision making Pre-empt challenges before they arise and deliver solutions instantly Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring nothing is droppedThis role will be undertaken in English, whilst knowledge of Spanish is beneficial (for integration in local office). A solid grasp of standard Tech (Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, CRM software, relevant AI tools etc.) is also required. 8+ years experience in global Financial Services (transaction based) essential for this position.The successful candidate will thrive in a “first-time-right” environment, where precision, pace, and reliability are non-negotiable. It’s essential that they are a strong communicator, with the intuition and judgement required given the challenge of supporting a senior stakeholder located in a different geography. They will connect the dots quickly, consistently looking beyond immediate tasks to understand priorities and the wider business context.
