Youll work cross-functionally withour business, product, and leadership teams, ensuring the brand becomes a real driver of business growth.Youll have direct exposure to the executive team, the autonomy to drive initiatives from day one, and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions in a company thats scaling fast.This role is designed for someone with theambitionand potentialto grow into a Marketing Manager position over the coming years.Were not looking for someone to manage an established brand.Were looking for someone who wants to helpbuild the brandof a company driving technological innovation in some of the worlds most demanding and mission-critical environments.What Youll Do
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Help define and evolve XRFs brand positioning.
Develop compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks.
Ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint.
Own and evolve the companys visual and verbal identity.
Brand Awareness & Communications
Design and execute brand awareness campaigns.
Coordinate content, video, social media, events, and product launches.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to increase brand visibility.
Identify new opportunities to expand our reach and deepen audience engagement.
Growth & Demand Generation
Support lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the commercial team to turn brand awareness into business opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on results.
Contribute to multi-channel marketing planning and execution.
Community & Ecosystem Building
Strengthen XRFs presence across the defence, technology, and innovation ecosystems.
Turn customer success stories and operational deployments into compelling content.
Help establish XRF as a recognised technology leader in its markets.What Were Looking For
3–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or growth-related roles.
Proven experience building brands, campaigns, or communities.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Experience working with agencies, designers, content creators, or external partners.
A data-driven mindset focused on measurable business impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
