It's about helping define how XRF is perceived, remembered, and ultimately chosen by customers, partners, investors, and future talent.You'll be responsible for building and evolving XRF's brand strategy, leading brand awareness and demand generation initiatives that directly support the company's growth. You'll work cross-functionally with our business, product, and leadership teams, ensuring the brand becomes a real driver of business growth.You'll have direct exposure to the executive team, the autonomy to drive initiatives from day one, and the opportunity to influence strategic decisions in a company that's scaling fast.This role is designed for someone with the ambition and potential to grow into a Marketing Manager position over the coming years.We're not looking for someone to manage an established brand.We're looking for someone who wants to help build the brand of a company driving technological innovation in some of the world's most demanding and mission-critical environments.What You'll DoBrand Strategy & PositioningHelp define and evolve XRF's brand positioning.Develop compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks.Ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint.Own and evolve the company's visual and verbal identity.Brand Awareness & CommunicationsDesign and execute brand awareness campaigns.Coordinate content, video, social media, events, and product launches.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to increase brand visibility.Identify new opportunities to expand our reach and deepen audience engagement.Growth & Demand GenerationSupport lead generation initiatives and marketing campaigns.Work closely with the commercial team to turn brand awareness into business opportunities.Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on results.Contribute to multi-channel marketing planning and execution.Community & Ecosystem BuildingStrengthen XRF's presence across the defence, technology, and innovation ecosystems.Turn customer success stories and operational deployments into compelling content.Help establish XRF as a recognised technology leader in its markets.What We're Looking For3–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or growth-related roles.Proven experience building brands, campaigns, or communities.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.The ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.Experience working with agencies, designers, content creators, or external partners.A data-driven mindset focused on measurable business impact.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.English proficiency at C1 level or above.We'd Love It If You Come FromConsumer technology.High-growth startups.Consumer electronics.Mobility.Retail.Gaming.Sports.
