Partnering with Neolith means trusting a brand synonymous with quality, innovation, and excellence. /ph3Responsabilities /h3ulliTimely and appropriate reports and analysis are provided, delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies. /liliInternal and external deadlines are met. /liliMonth‑end, budget and forecast information is reliable, accurate and presents no material mistakes. /liliCoordinate financial reporting and support month‑end and year‑end close process. /liliPrepare regular financial reports and provide support on budget and month‑end processes. /liliWork with the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Marketing Officer to provide cohesive analytical support on ad hoc financial analyses that drive strategic business decisions. /liliEstablish, monitor, analyze and enforce revenue stream and average selling price evolution. /liliCalculate variances from the budget and forecasts and report significant issues. /liliGuide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures. /liliEstablish, monitor, and enforce internal controls. /li /ulh3Requisitos /h3pEducations Experience: /pulliBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. /liliThe educational requirements will be waived for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience at Neolith or in a similar position. /liliEnglish B2 level. /liliMore than 2 years’ experience in an accounting or controlling function or auditing firm. /liliExperience in financial data analysis and reporting. /li /ulpSkills: /pulliKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. /liliKnowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports. /liliBusiness Intelligence tools knowledge (Power BI / Power Query).
